Depending on environmental conditions, exposure, storage, skin chemistry, humidity, cosmetics, perfumes, chemicals, and frequency of wear, sterling silver may develop tarnish or oxidation.

Natural tarnishing, oxidation, patina, minor surface marks, or changes resulting from ordinary wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Jewelry should be handled, worn, stored, and cleaned appropriately.

Damage or deterioration resulting from improper care, chemical exposure, impact, scratching, bending, pulling, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, modification, or ordinary wear and tear is not considered a product defect.

Unless otherwise specifically stated for a particular product, jewelry should generally be protected from unnecessary exposure to:

  • An item is defective

Qualifying issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers must provide reasonable evidence of the issue, including clear photographs and the applicable order number.

Approved claims are generally resolved through:

We do not generally accept returns or provide refunds due solely to change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect customer selection.

Store credit:
